Renting from this company was a pleasure. They are attentive, punctual, and always put the tenant first. Before moving in, they asked if I had any requests and installed a new door and floors into the apartment. They would stop by every other month to take care of the yard and even install carpet in a space I wanted to make for my daughter’s bedroom. There were minor problems with the rental throughout the two years there, but every time I reached out, they would have someone out to fix it before the end of the week. My lease was up after two years, and I wasn’t ready to move, so they extended it to a month-by-month until I was ready. You can’t find these things elsewhere from a landlord, especially around this area. I couldn’t say enough good things about this company. This is how all landlords should be, and I highly recommend them!

I live at 1000 Rose Hill Ave. Sean is my landlord I wouldn’t want another landlord. When I have issues in my home I call him and within 24 hours the issue is fixed. Since living here he had renovated my outdated kitchen and bathroom and they’re just beautiful. Come spring he will reno my dining and living room floors back to original. He makes his properties safe and calls to see if we might need anything or if there is something not working.

I’ve lived at 700 Chestnut Street, apartment 1 for 7 years. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. My apartment is furnished with stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and central air and heat, which I’m very thankful for. In any repairs I’ve had over the years, the landlord has went above and beyond to quickly take care of the situation. I couldn’t ask for a better landlord. He is my landlord, but also a person who cares about people, not just property.
